Repeat prescriptions can be ordered by leaving the reorder slip at reception. You can also leave your re-order slip at the chemist of your choice and they will forward it to the surgery.

Please try and order all items together and note that repeat prescriptions will not be taken over the telephone.
We would request that patients wishing to check if their prescriptions have been sent to the pharmacy should please contact the pharmacy.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Please allow at least 24 hours for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
